Once your chosen candidate signs an offer, we charge a one-time fee equal to 25% of their first-year salary.
Each hire comes with a 3-Month perfect hire guarantee, which includes a replacement hire if you are unhappy with the performance of your new team member.

If a consultant isn’t the right fit, we’ll provide unlimited replacements—at no extra cost.
